Use this form to export a copy of your Fay conversation or to delete it permanently. Requests are processed immediately. Deletion is irreversible and removes all conversation turns and citations for the session. Compliance audit events (recording that a deletion occurred) are retained as required by applicable law.

Your session ID is stored in your browser. If it has been cleared or you are on a different device, you will need to paste it manually (it was displayed in the Fay widget’s settings panel).

• Conversation turns: the text of your messages and Fay’s responses, retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically by a nightly purge job.
• Citations: references to the FalsiFind knowledge base chunks that informed each response.
• Anonymous session metadata: a randomly generated session ID, an anonymous visitor ID, and your browser’s approximate region. No name or email unless you submitted the demo form inside the chat.
• Intent scores: numeric signals used to decide when to offer a demo connection. Not shown to humans.

PII entered during the chat (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers) is redacted from stored messages before persistence. Your original text goes to the AI model in-flight but is never written to the database.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing of, and receive a portable copy of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing. These rights are exercisable using the form above (for this chat session) or by contacting privacy@falsifind.com.
